Do you hate writing us a check every month but you don't want to have to pay the convenience fee to use your credit card? Now you can sign up for a monthly Automatic Payment from your bank account. It works much like paying your car insurance; all you have to do is give us the information, pick either the 1st or the 5th day of the month and let us do the rest!  Your rent will be automatically paid every month on the day you designate. But don't worry if your check is late one month. Just give us a call at least 24 hours before your due date and we can hold it! Best of all it's FREE! All you need to do is fill out this simple form, print it out and sign it then get it to us at least one week before you want it to take effect. Easy!
